Thank you, Super! As for the weathered look, it's because S.C.Ruffey is very old. There is no merchandise of the present version of S.C.Ruffey (present as in whatever year Thomas and Friends takes place in). In the show, he appeared as one of the oldest troublesome trucks in the yard, and he was rusty and had rotten wood because of it, which is what gives him his unique orange color scheme. After Oliver pulled him apart to teach the trucks a lesson, he was rebuilt and he looked like a normal truck aside from the lettering and face.
