Busy Bee James

I have an old busy bee James thats in pretty good shape, but the wires are broken. I thought about customizing him. I see that he goes for good money on eBay and I've heard he is a rare train.

I purchased it several years back for my nephew and he doesn't play with Thomas trains anymore so we recently got back basically all the trains and tracks we bought for him over the years which is really cool.

Basically what is your opinions on it should I just restore him?

I thought since he has a neat paint job he was going to be my next project train once Percy is done.
