You should ask the seller to pay for the extra cost in postage or give him/her a negative review

Well the weirdest experience I ever had was the mail person couldn't locate my address despite I used the same company and same address in the past :S. I ended up yelling at the customer service before they agree to deliver the item again without charging me for an extra delivery run.
