I am having a hard time figuring out which one is the 'coach'
The year is correct for Emily, but only her coupling rods were replaced with standard ones (I thought it was Fisher Price until I saw the front axle groove [and the traction tyres]). If anything, the weird custom tanker (most likely painted with markers) would be the only good reason to buy this. I'm not sure how the seller seems to have lost the real coach or couldn't identify it, even though it's only slightly darker than her.
Something about that “Bash” auction reminds me of the old Folgers Crystals (instant coffee) commercials.... “We replaced the fine coffee this snazzy restaurant normally serves with freeze dried swill. Let’s see if the patrons notice!”
Sorry to go Mad On The Internet but asking $188 for a clearly misrepresented item gets pretty darn close to fraud! Here’s a rare 1966 Mercedes for only $500,000! Oh wait, that’s not a Mercedes? Oooops! My mistake!
Lolol
Play nice & have fun!!
