just making sure about duke and plarail. i didn't know tht duke did not have a plarail version

He was on the Mid-Sodor Railway, and when that closed, he went to the Skarloey Railway.

duke was never released in plarail. He was only released by trackmaster, in 2007 and in 2011. (not sure about the dates)

No. Duke, Peter Sam, Rheneas, and Bertram were only released by trackmaster Fisher-Price, whilst Proteus was only released by Trackmaster HiT Toys I believe. I have none of these as I never bought fisher price trackmaster, and Proteus is the only pre-FP engine to elude me.

duke is the oldest engine-right? regardless, of which railway. correct?

(Skarloey and Rheneas are both older than Duke, as I said above)
