Don't let it run under normal tunnels, bridges or risers, unless the third level could be removed like that of the original film prop. If you don't want to cut up another Bulgy, you could either make the third level from scratch or just draw a third row of windows on the second level (not recommended).

Geesh, is that real? Is that something that actually is part of a bus line? That thing looks so top heavy that a strong wind would surely blow it over.

You can't be serious (or should I say Sirius). Bus is a fantasy bus. Not based in the real world.
A bus like it was built up for the third Harry Potter movie but that's it.
