Funny you should say that I saw an auction 'lot' earlier which had exactly one of those light blue motorised train coaches
Not that it means I know where they come from or what they go with, but I suspect it is just a variant of the green one already mentioned, maybe a special japanese release or something...

I thought so Super, not exactly the one you are after, but its still pretty cool, I've seen the Animal Express train around before, but this was the first time I've seen that coach/bus
