won this lot online just before easter for a massive $141. it was actually the night of my birthday and i got home from celebrating [Angel] just before the auction closed in the small hours of the morning.

i wasnt expecting to have this much come, so the size of the box was a surprise.

eeny meeny miny mo... which one first?

i bought this for the hayabusa and nex trains, along with the blue plakids sound crossing. the other large station was a surprise which i need to research. the seller included an n700 with a broken coupler. easily fixed.

will get better photos in the next few weeks. started 11 days in a row today, so will depend on time and energy levels.
lots of vintage track and accessories, some tomy blue including a large dual points section and other bits and bobs. well worth the money

Don't you just love slowly going through a big box of bulk purchases? So interesting looking at each piece.

It looks like you have, in that bulk purchase, a complete set of Series E5 `Hayabusa` & Tomica Station Rotary Set. Its called Tomica Station in this set but also called The Northern Station in another although I can't remember which set I saw that from. I know this because I received the whole set from one bulk purchase and the Station by itself in another. I had to research them to currently list them on Ebay. The station is pretty neat as cars automatically move up to drop off or pick up passengers when a train passes through the station although you have to manually add the cars.
thanks for that super, thats the one piece i was wondering about. have seen the station a few times on jauce, but the descriptions left a bit to be desired, lol. from the looks of it, it came with the blue bus and black taxi?
the nose cone on the engine isnt "filled" when the coupler retracts. is that how its meant to be? dont really want to open that end if i can avoid it.

The E5 Hayabusa with the magnetic coupler works fine on mine. When the coupling is retracted, the nose cone takes its place. The set I have does not have the two vehicles and I don't think they were included. If you scroll down on the Hobby Search link you will see the list of things included which does not show the vehicles.
thanks, super. have taken some photos of the nose cone and will upload shortly. i opened and it appears to be operating correctly inside, just looks odd.

will have another look at the link. it was 5am when i looked this morning. lol
