While checking out a new members YouTube Channel I was in awe of his model building talents. You will be amazed at this scratch built, to scale, R/C model of a North Sea Ferry ship. Truly a work of art and I am impressed. Check out the finished model and then a pictorial in the following video. I honestly couldn't tell the difference between the real one and the model towards the end of the first video.

I do have one question @"Wartsilaone" You mention you used "Side Looking LED's" to light the boat, what are these and can one buy them or are they a creation of yours?

Thanks Super, I got them from Maplin in the UK. http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/side-looking-o...-led-ch14q

There must be other sources and colours to choose from.
Thanks Wartsilaone. Tried searching for them as Side Looking LED's on Ebay USA but didn't come up with anything. Might they also be called something else? Those side looking LED's are perfect on the decks. Your ship is fantastic, how long did it take from start to finish?
