I've never seen a SPencer Launcher around me... or any of the new packs... I just checked Target again hoping...

I found the 2015 SDCC on Amazon. I preordered 2016 through your tip ("plug") of Paul Mart. I'm excited!

The ttte wikia is showing that 2016 Wave 3 is the same in N America as the rest of the world except the numbers for the entire wave are offset by 3. So I've added that to my checklist page with an "unconfirmed" banner for now, along with a new "region selector" feature that I hope works well. If it doesn't work for you or you think it can be explained better, please let me know here or leave feedback at the bottom of my page and I'll get it fixed up. I also added the Glow in the Dark engines now that they've been available (however briefly ) for sale.
