Do you have any proof Tootally Thomas? That is quite a serious allegation about a seller I'm sure most of us here have dealt with.

I can send you 6 Spencer take n play in dodgy packaging and strange paint that are clear fakes .
Also how does he have Glynn and original Thomas front ends .And how else do you get unpackaged engine front ends if they are not smuggled out of factory or are copies.

While it is odd that he has lots of "new" but not packaged Thomas stuff it is all mostly Fisher Price. I have bought Packaged Plarail from him and it was all legit, from seeing his prices and selection of Tomy Thomas I will not be purchasing any of his Thomas stock.
But I do think that people should be able to decide on their own who to do business with, and I think since you own an online store it may make your opinion sound biased.

maybe trying to sell me used Thomas product and talking badly about an established eBay seller in the same post is not the way to go. haha

I am not bad mouthing without proof ... My business is not damaged by the likes of Havenso . I do not sell on Ebay out of choice .

well i guess it is never bad to know about a possible shady seller helps protect fellow collectors from hardships as long as it isn't done for self promotion.
Also I took a look at your site and many of the Tomy items say Excellent condition what exactly should I expect when you say that as I am very picky when it comes to condition!?

They have slight play marks but no damaged decals or missing parts etc . All are cleaned and tested . I have never had a complaint about condition in over 3 years but hey you could always be the first .

Also in the next 24 hours we are changing the rules about train selling/advertising, there will be no more "I have this or that for sale" in peoples threads. Keep it in the trading zone, unsolicited advertising will not be permitted in peoples threads unless they are asking for an item. There will also be no slandering of other sellers, proven or not it makes the site liable to defamation lawsuits.

I have had several dealings with Havenso and have had no problems and give them the highest ratings. They are very fast and well packed with their shipping. The items I have bought from them have all been new in original sealed boxes except for Whiff who I bought new loose and not a scratch on him. I believe any new loose items sold could have blemishes but I don't think they would be from playing with them but because they are loose and were probably kept all loose together on one box.
