I can see why Indigo is so excited. Are there any noticeable differences from a Trackmaster Oliver if they even made one other than the obvious quality?

Howdy Super and Geris!

There are no discernible differences between a TAKARA TOMY Plarail Oliver, a TOMY UK Oliver, or a HiT Toys TrackMaster Oliver; the only "main" difference is packaging.

I can say this from experience from my first TOMY Oliver, which was a UK release, and then my second TOMY Oliver, which is a TAKARA TOMY Plarail release. There is no difference whatsoever, again, save for packaging.

Personally, I love the Plarail Oliver box.
Residential train-afficionado in training, and Thomas & Friends fan.
