My Gauge 1 Thomas Replica Process!

soo, update and its.. well idk how to explain it,
Thomas' running board got rammed by a friend of mine today by accident while he was playing football, I was standing there talking to another friend with Thomas in a bag that I carry him around with, and my other friend went running for the football and rammed into the bag, I had 5 Lionel G scale tracks that I carried today, we both thought he rammed into the tracks but it was Thomas who took the impact, the entire back of his running board got shattered into pieces, which I had to hot glue together, but now I have to reprint the running board, the first part I printed and the first I need to re-print... fortunately my friend is fine, I was scared he got poked by the Lionel track connector, idk why but the incident didn't and still doesn't bother me, probably because I need a good excuse to print a more accurate running board made by JamosTrainos
the deadline for Thomas is 3 weeks from now, so if I can get it by next week we are good!
