Hey I just got in a bid and I’m not sure if I should open it or not. So I’m thinking of just hearing what other people think

hold up... I need context, are you going to auction this or is this someone else's auction?

I’m sorry this is my first time on here but, yes I bought this and received it in the mail today and I’m not sure if I should open it or keep it in box

Do not open it. These are extremely hard to find boxed and if you were to open it, the item would lose most of its value.
But then again its your item not ours.
Train it, plane it, you name it!

If you want to open it go ahead. I'm more of play toys rather than collecting them.

Adding a little bit to what GGG said, Don’t open it!! If you plan to collect more of these in the future Don’t open it!! I made the terrible mistake of opening an unopened original Tomy Gordon (now lost in time)

Thanks for your suggestion yeah I just wasn’t sure what to do since it’s new in box
Open it but keep the box and just be careful with it, as you should be with all of your toys as a collector or modelmaker. That's my take at least. I've, for better or for worse, opened every single one of my Plarail and Trackmaster products I've acquired over the years. I never had a good opportunity to use nor the allowance to afford huge lots from stuff like Jauce or Buyee, so everything I bought was usually from Ebay or brand new on Amazon. Back then new in box stuff also wasnt worth upwards of 100 dollars (except for Oliver, but I also ended up opening him, not realizing he was a dime-a-dozen over in Japan and the UK. I'm still not regretful about him tho since now a boxed Oliver would be worth at least 200 if Ebay is anything to go off of)
