Does the Pluto car have movement like the elephant and balloon car?

I like the MSE Romance car but had to blacken out the insides near the headlights to prevent them from shinning though the plastic. Nice hauls...look forward to your next package from Yahoo Japan Auctions.

I am curious about the E-7 picture. It looks like this engine is quite long. The position of the on/off switch so far back from the rear wheels and the long front end seems to look much longer than a normal Plarail engine. Is it longer, an optical illusion or could this be one of those new chassis?
