What are these???

That locomotive you circled is from the "Go! Go! Bikuruzu Bikuruzu Plarail and Gotton to Deppatsu! Set". Looks to be a basic set made for small children.


I'm not sure what the point of that tablet is, but the photos show it has a camera, as well as some sort of track builder(?)
