Ha! I already had the donors for this project put aside for a rainy day. 10/10 for the idea, 3/10 for the execution.

Why only a 3/10? If it had the TWR face (which would've been wide enough) and the ends of the upper body were just a 'bit' closer to the bufferbeams, it wouldn't need much more. He could've also cut off the middle ridges and made five new ones on each side. That way, each of the six letters would have its own portion giving H|E|C|T|O|R instead of HE|CT|OR. Besides those, he did a good job with him and it doesn't have to be a replica.

Why only a 3/10?

Just an accumulation of little things, like starting off with using a screwdriver the wrong size for the screw heads, not taking the trouble to sand smooth the surfaces where bits had been cut off, laying on thick coats of spray paint on top of previous coats that were still wet, and so on. A bit more attention to detail would have produced a much better finish.  A bit harsh for some maybe, but I'd judge myself the same way.
