Screws?

What's the correct screw size for most of the Tomy/TrackMaster models?

I would like to replace the triangle screws on some of the Fisher Price models and for those who wonder how I remove them I used a small flat head screw driver.

I am not sure exactly the number size of the screws or what the thread size might be but it may be easier if you just purchased an inexpensive set of small triangle screwdrivers or bits. Then you wouldn't have to change them all.

Be careful to avoid any triangular screwdriver sets that include the words "tri-wing" or "Y-shaped" in their description. You don't want those.

I made mine from an ordinary screwdriver by using a bench grinder to grind off the flat blade, and then grind the triangle shape I wanted onto the end of the shaft.. It'll take you about 30 seconds to do this. Tops.

I am not sure what country you reside in Sir but I did notice this on the USA Amazon...you get a triangle screwdriver along with couplers including the wire coupler repair ones.
