Has been discussed here previously, for example:

Was there ever a video made by a YouTuber shown with this train?
@Super I never saw any YouTuber review this item. But I have found another picture about this pack and it have a price at the pack.
I’ve been after this since it was first announced.
FisherPrice probably owes me a thousand dollars in gas for how many times I drove to target to check the shelves that winter. This is a close as you’ll probably ever get.. I found a kid named Hex on Twitter who seems to actually have one. They were sold exclusively in the U.K. at Smyth’s, Drayton Manor theme park, and Tootally Thomas also sold a few. They’re long gone ![]() Crappiest Christmas tease of all time. ![]() ![]()
Play nice & have fun!!

Its no secret that I am not much of collector of the Thomas range whether it be Plarail, Trackamster or the like and not much a fan of the Trackmaster II/ Revolution Line but I quite like the look of this one. I don't get how a company can go through all the planning and the tooling required to produce an item and not release it even for a limited time unless....there is some reason like something dangerous to kids or...........something to do with offending a small group because xmas is religious.
Now this has brought an idea to my mind for the Trackmasters, like releasing Thomas trains that are themed after typical non major holidays days for example, A St Patrick's Day Thomas with a Leprechaun theme, or how about a Cinco de Mayo Thomas with a Mexican with Sombrero theme? I am sure there are other days you all can think of....any suggestions like from other countries? Speaking of other countries...how about a Thomas featuring a flag theme from a different country released a couple times a year?
Wow, look how beautiful detail at the train. I think one is the best toy that Mattel make for Thomas merchandise but so sad that they not sell to other country. So can this toy become ultra rare same like gold Thomas or silver Thomas ? Because we really don’t know how many of them got sold.
