Is this a knock-off Revolution set?

A bunch of these just popped up on eBay and I thought this box looked weird, and I didn’t recognize the Thomas, so I looked it up on wiki, but couldn’t seem to find any info on a “Thomas and Percy Cargo race set”?
It’s in a foreign language and is listed as a 2021 release?
It looks like a ginormous set with tons of features and things going on..90+ pieces!
Anyone? Anyone?

According to the wiki it was released in the US in winter 2021.

That looks familiar to me, like I have seen this here at BPT's. Maybe by Mr No but then again I could be confusing it with an AEG set. 😒

Yes, I think we've seen it here on BPT before, because I seem to remember some discussion about some boxes showing Percy in the window, and other boxes showing Thomas.

At first, i thought it is a fake, because i've never seen it here in Indonesia, but i realized it is an Costco only realease.

I went to Jakarta twice, many years ago. The thing I remember most vividly was that every roundabout had a pile of wrecked cars on it.  I imagine they've all been cleared away long ago.
