Tomy annie variant?

I discovered this a while ago, but the annie on the left has four screw holes, lost chassis a while ago, i compared to a normal annie on the rightif anyone can unscrew and annie and check, please let me now, love you all!

I'm sure its a ringing Annie I would know because I owned one and messed it up but what it is its a Annie that when rolled she would make some nice by a pouch thing inside
