According to the title of the video, it's a Plarail train at the Kochi Station... Very special and unusual "custom" Plarail (if it can be called Plarail) I would say... Confused

It's great to have something like that at the station if people travel with kids, by all means. If you have to wait for the train, kids would be occupied for sure! Smile

It has プラレール (=Plarail) in the title... But I think sometimes people use this in a very broad way. Confused
