Metallic Plarail Thomas with CGI Face????

I was watching World's Strongest Engine videos, and I found that one of the engines competing in this episode is a metallic Plarail Thomas with a CGI face.

Does anybody know where that version of Thomas is from?

Are you sure he is metallic? I am not a Thomas expert but it could be the Clear Blue Thomas that was in the Plarail Thomas 75th Anniversary set released last year Nov 2020. Hopefully one of our experts can chime in here with their thoughts.
