What is this piece called?

I feel as I should know what this piece is called since I’ve seen tons of layouts using it including Ucwepn! I’ve always wanted this piece and since I’ve not known the name of it I haven’t been able to
come across it yet   

It's the old R-15 double point rail (or double-tracked point rail). Don't confuse it with the current R-15 (double-tracked wide point rail).
