not sure when this will be available, but it popped up in a hotwheels group i am in... thomas goes turbo!

Wonder what the 125/250 and 3/10 mean?

The 125/250 is, to my understanding, that this car is #125 out of 250 releases next year. I think the 3/10 is that thomas is #3 of 10 released with the silver banner down the side. I cant read what it says but it will be a group name.
