Are these really Lego's??? Or just made to look like Legos as some of the coaches look too smooth to be made out of blocks

Yes, those are actually lego bricks. There's no possible way it couldn't be, faking the look would take more effort than actually doing it. I'm surprised they it sticks to using the traditional lego laugh instead of something larger.
There are several strategies to building smooth sided coaches, usually using flat tile pieces vertically. I've seen dozens of builds created with smooth sides,

Also, the curved track sections are most likely BrickTracks because the LEGO Group uses a much tighter radius. If they used Flexi-track or curves intervened with straights, it would've been noticeable and not as smooth looking.
I agree with the others, the rolling stock is definitely lego and some models can look that smooth if you do it right, there are a lot of specialised bricks out there now so its possible to do pretty much anything. The bridge is also lego, you can see on the part built one the inner structure and the technic components being used to hold it together etc...
