Thomas Figures?

Hello everyone... a youtuber by the name of: a_person_124 , ask me a question about a Thomas figure that was in the claws of a Bandai Tecs Diesel 10 in my the video in the link below, or in the photo below. I had no idea where he originated from i.e., manufacturer, set, model. So I told him I would ask the brain trust in all things Thomas for the answers. Could those be the original PlaKids?

The tiny Sir Topham Hat in the lower center looks to be Plarail Capsule

the guy in the claw and the two with the same arms are from tomy set #7408, thomas adventure set. they are fairly rare, especially the two that arent topham hatt. he is obviously thomas, the other two arent and would have vanished during toybox clean outs.
