This is what I'd call a predecessor to the Camera Doctor Yellow that came out a year or two ago. It's run with that fancy control unit and there's some way for it to output video with that camera on the front. Not sure how that's hooked up.

Released in 2000 it seems. The full name of it is "Let's play with TV! I'm a Plarail Driver".

I have this one as well as the re-released one. This one i will say was a bit of a let down for me. The signal from the remote to the train is a bit weak and really requires lime of sight from the sensor on the remote to the train. The video when you can get a good signal os pretty clear but otherwise is grainy and poor. I can’t recall as it has been a few years but it may be Black and white too.

The newer model one is basically NIB. It requires the use of an app which is only available from Apple Japan. I did finally get the app but the app of course is in Japanese so it takes some additional skills to use it. Getting the train connected to WiFi, operating, etc proved too much at the time so I packed it away.
