Panasonic Evolta Railway Trams???

Has the 2 Plarail Panasonic Evolta Railway Trams been re-released in retail form? Pairs of these are showing up all over the Japan Auctions in the last week or so when they only appeared occasionally before and almost never with both versions, new in box which seems to be the case now. Anyone know?

i hope so. i always wanted one or two of those, but they always went too high.
