yellow express coach wheels

I got this coach through a lot I purchased a while back. It features a set of yellow wheels. Did somebody swap the grey wheels out or do they originally come with yellow wheels.

I believe they are swapped as I have never seen a release of this type mold Express Coach that had yellow wheels. Maybe in the Lot there is another car with gray wheels that yellow would look better on.
