I am not that familiar with the configuration of the TnA engines...but are they supposed to free wheel when they are in the off position?
It sounds like the gear may be shot. That is very common with these unfortunately. The cheap white gears they used tend to crack and break quite easily especially after age. My assumption is maybe the hill did it in.
@Super
I do not recall these being free wheeling.
So what should I do cause he cant turn now, Do you think cause mine is possibly modified to go at this super fast speed, maybe the motor over-heated, cause theres no sign of gear crack.

As great of concept the Talk N Action engines are, they are unfortunately Plarail's cheapest made toys. The gears in these crack all the time. Based off your video. it looks like the gear is no longer attached to the axel, and it's just spinning with the motor with no spin in the wheel.
We'll the gear moves with the axel without struggle still so that wouldn't make sense

Most likely a cracked gear problem on the driving wheels axle. Some small drops of super glue should fix this problem - make sure to hold down the cogs together in place for the glue to meld both of the cog pieces together. Or just simply replace Gordon's driving wheels with a spare set of driving wheels, preferably from a working TOMY Thomas, since they are easy to come by and cheap. These kind of driving wheels should be compatiable with normal Plarail/Tomica World/MR&R/TrackMaster HTC/TOMY/FP engines as well as the talk n action engines.
If this is not the problem, my other suggestion would be to ask kindly one of the other users here on the form who has a TnA Gordon, and see if they can take some images of all the parts to the engine (working of course), so you can compare your model to the components used in the other user's working TnA Gordon.
Just a side note: I don't understand why many people collect these variations of the engines, I can understand Diesel 10, Splatter and Dodge since they are different from their normal variants, but the TnA engines have less detail than the normal TS engines exuding Diesel 10, Splatter and Dodge; in short I personally don't see any appeal in the models themselves.
Don't mess with it!

I think the guy should fix it himself, it will give him a chance to learn more about the faults of these trains.

Unfortunately these trains are not the typical remove 2-4 screws and swap out the wheels. They are pretty complex. Things fall out, wires come off, etc... WAW, if you do go the route of disassembling he train, please refer to some other BPT threads here to help. While the gears may be in other trains, they are smaller than normal, thinner that is. In all of my searching I never found a good replacement and went with the larger gears then reduced them down.
The allure to these trains for me was initially the challenge of fixing them. I also love the sounds they have.
