trackmaster hit toys ben w/ a front coupler?

i know alot of members do modifications on these toys.
so it goes that there would be some on the market.

however, i found a trackmaster ben with a front coupler.
any info on this?

was a toy like this released in this form originally?

The telltale evidence is the way the hook is lying to its side and touching the table, best bet...its modified.

Definitely custom the buffer beam is cut a little rough on the edges too.
