Sodor Mail Car w/ factory error - fix or sell?

I ramble quite a bit here. There's a nice TL;DR below that gets right to the point.

I'm going to post this in a Discord server at some point soon, but don't have access at the moment, so I thought I'd ask here in the meantime so I don't forget.
At Christmas last year, I was given a rare Trackmaster mail coach I asked Mom to bid for on eBay, and it was in near mint condition, but didn't come with the original box unfortunately. To be specific, the version I'm talking about is from a Trucks & Track pack that includes Toad, the coach, and a green goods van.

My coach, which I aim to have at least 3 or more of as soon as possible, has everything right with it except that on one side, it says "Sodor Sodor" instead of "Sodor Mail." These words are written on the sliding doors, and although I haven't tried it yet, it seems that they are extremely easily removable just by unscrewing the chassis a little bit to make room to pull them out without bending or breaking the plastic.
I was contemplating reselling it as a rare factory error item, but I don't think many people would believe me, and I'm not sure myself. Maybe it's a real factory error, or maybe the seller had switched the doors at one point from another one for some odd reason.

The reason I ask at all is that if I do keep it, I'd prefer to have it appear correctly, so I'm planning on removing the text from the error door and putting the word "mail" on as it should be.

TL;DR: I've got what may either be a factory error or a pointless modification, and I'm not sure whether to reverse the modification and keep the item, or to resell it for a little bit of profit. I'm unsure because it's already loose and I never had the original box to begin with.

First of all, what the heck is TL;DR:??? Second, how about a picture.
TL;DR stands for "too long; didn't read". The phrase, or more commonly the acronym, is often posted by a reader of something on the Internet that decided not to read something they thought they would be interested in or willing to read because it turned out to be too long to keep that interest or for their time. The same is now used just as often to indicate a summarized version of an Internet post so that people know that it is there and don't need to read all of the details if they don't want to and/or don't have the time to.
I can't get a picture right now but will later if I can remember

LOL...I have been on the Internet since the beginning. From the first Message Boards, then to Chat Rooms and on to Forums and this is the first time I have heard of that. Could this be more for Text Messaging than the Internet or am I just an old foeggie (don't you dare say anything AC)
I dunno.. You might see it a lot on Reddit or Imgur or some very popular forums. I have also seen it being used in chatrooms and text messaging, but not anywhere near as often, since messages are usually much shorter and quicker to post.

EDIT (6:08 PM EST): The acronym dates back to 2003 according to Wikipedia, and it could also be used to refer to the YouTuber TL;DR, who is known for his long political commentaries and satirical discussions, and his channel mascot, which is in fact a deer with teal fur and hair.
