3 sets BNIB BIN...I bought and paid for one set...sellers name was Carol...I waited a month, then she canceled my sale and refunded my PayPal

That was over 3 years ago...if she really had them, then at least 3 exist that leaked out ofter it was cancelled...I believe it may have been too scary, ( the controller is advertised to make spooky screams and sounds) and reconsidered and never shipped out to Target stores who may also have declined to stock it / their bullseye logo already on the packaging...none the less,
I don't consider it an attainable train since it was never released to the general public for sale.
