Does anyone know if Tomy Bertie's front wheels move? I want to buy a Bertie to play with, and I was wondering.

the front wheels are on a very thin wire axle like a hotwheels car but the wheels can get stuck against the body at times for various reasons (usually a bent axle or snapped pegs). Bertie and all his road friends will free roll if the motor is switched off.
