First real burn on Jauce

Well, as much as I love Jauce, I finally got blatantly burned by a seller!
I was so excited about winning these and couldn't wait for them to arrive....
The listing was for 4 dolls (old purakizzu) and a bonus mystery creature. (Chewbaka)
Unfortunately when they arrived yesterday only 3 purakizzu (original plakids) & Chewbaka were delivered
VERY disappointing, I filed a complaint (ticket) with them, and they replied saying that they are looking into it and will get back to me soon...
Hopefully there is a reason as to why it went missing and my fingers are crossed that it still might make its way into the orchard.:/
If not maybe a refunded portion, but I don't really want money back, I just want that darn pink twin stewardess purakizzu. >:O

This happened to me once when I bought a small lot of rolling stock cheaply to get one black hopper car. When the package arrived, of course all the rest were there but the most expensive one. I contacted Japamart (thats the agent I use) to contact the seller which they did. I also asked Japamart if they check orders when they come in to make sure what was purchased is what was delivered and they said they do in which case I pondered if it may have dropped out at their warehouse. The Seller got back with Japamart and apologized as they could not remember if they packed it or not and couldn't find it so they voluntarily refunded the whole purchase plus shipping and Japamart refunded all the Fees including the Bank transfer which I don't think is refundable from the bank. Mind you I didn't ask for a refund, the seller just offered it up. Problem was, is that all the other pieces of rolling stock, about 10, weren't as rare as the hopper car and I was going to sell them all anyway. If I had had a better way to communicate with the seller at the time of sale I would have told them to keep everything else and just send the black hopper car as thats all I wanted.

Did you also include your unboxing video in the evidence to your case with Jauce Muddy?

Thanks Super, no I didn't send the video, but if there is any question to my claim I will offer it up. I can see how someone might inventory the bundle incorrectly if they didn't read down about the 5th bonus item, as for figures (4 dolls) were shipped...just not the right 4
Still waiting to hear back from them... Fingers crossed.

We finally got to the bottom of the missing old Plakid!
After first checking with thier packing dept. it was confirmed that it hadn't arrived from the seller to thier warehouse (but the package was shipped onward to me anyway), so they contacted the seller (who for whatever reason) said that he had neglected to send it...but now will mail it to thier warehouse....
BUT they asked if it would be ok if they "held it" in the "arrived to us" cyber world, until I make my next purchase.
...so, the pink twin has been found, but she won't be reunited with her sister until I "order another shipment" :|

glad she was found, but a bit rubbish how it all went down. i hope jauce offers you some kind of refund or credit on your account.
