Has anyone ever seen this before?

I noticed that it has a Shinning Time Station logo, so that might put its release some time in the early-mid 90s. I see a toy company logo on the lower left corner of the box but I can’t make it out well enough to identify it. Now I’m really intrigued!
It looks a lot like the many sets you see that runs around an Xmas tree. Battery operated and lightweight.
I've seen it before! I found it awhile back on an eBay listing. Seems as if the switch is on the back, and Annie and Clarabel have couplings that remind me of lego..
