And could someone tell me the difference between this very rare bulgy and a normal bulgy please as i have not heard of this variation before

Yes it's pretty simple... Bulgy was originally red, and was put back into service after serving a long sentence as a chicken-coup, after a few too many incidents and accidents as a passenger bus. He was then painted green and converted into a grocery/vegetable delivery vehicle. He was fitted with an awning type serving hatch, that when closed, covers his lower left side windows.
A green Tomy Bulgy has the service hatch on the lower left side that covers the windows, whereas a red Bulgy has black painted windows on both sides of both levels.
This version is rare (and makes no sense) because it is red with the serving hatch that wasn't installed until Bulgy was painted green.
