How about you Super? We all know you've said you have everything you want and there is nothing left to buy, but there must be something missing?

Touchy subject for me because I found my "most wanted" but the family budget won't allow for it. Dodgy

Galaxy Express 999 would be awesome but that is likely to remain out of my reach. Otherwise, my wants are fairly mundane things like the blue Suha 43 coaches and some brown Wamu 80000 box cars.

The PlaRail Capsule versions come up now and again and are far more affordable, maybe you should have a look at them Smile

Oh yeah, sure...I am like the man who waits in the bread line for one loaf of bread and you own the whole Bakery.

Thats a good question and one I have been pondering since you started this topic. I can not come up with anything especially since I did get an Ultra Q recently. Its gotten so bad that even though I still check out all the new listings on the Japan Auctions multiple times a day there is nothing I am looking for. I could only use 2 more rare green Emily Coaches as I have 2 and need to fill out my rule of 4 but they don't appear that often. Sad as it is the browsing has become boring for me. Wish there was something just to keep the inner fizzies going.

Ok..well hang in there! There seems to always be something new and exciting right around the corner...eventually something new will be released that will excite you with a must have, something like the Original Thomas/Inky James set did. Smile

I think I might have a train you might like super, I don't know if you have it but to me if I had the chance to get this train, I would get 3 and mod them so they can be attached together

Oh, for sure something that has yet to be developed or hasn't been released would be on my radar but those aren't something I would be browsing the Japan Auctions for. In fact I have a few things on pre-order now from Hobby search. If we are also adding "wish trains" to this I would include a wish that Plarail would make a lifelike Flying Scotsman (non-Thomas) but I am not holding my breath as its not a Japanese engine.

That is just part of the "Protect the Rails, Track Maintenance Set released in 2009. I have had three of these sets pass through my hands but sold them all because even though I find the set quite unique it wasn't for me, well not all of it. This set, to me, has the best Crane car made and the Back Hoe is pretty cool to. All I have kept is one of the green Crane car with its attending flatbed. You can see the full set here, check out all the pictures if you haven't seen it before as this set is really cool. http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10095467

Yeah I have seen the set, it is very expensive as a new set but the only thing I like in the set is the tokai 97 (rail transporter) and I absolutely love the way that it can transport 3 half raIl pieces.

I think/hope plarail will produce real trains once they have ran out of Japanese trains to produce they will start to produce famous trains from each country like the TGV, Amtrak, Flying Scotsman, Mallard, Big Boy etc but they might only produce trains that have had a significant impact on the world like TGV, was fastest train in the world until the Japanese maglevs came along, mallard fastest steam train ever, flying Scotsman, first train to reach 100 mph (or km I'm not sure) Big Boy, the heaviest steam train ever (not sure about that) and just the fact that it's a famous train. Some other trains that they could produce could be BR Pannier Tank and the BR Class 08 just for the fact that they are famous trains and plarail have already produced molds for these trains (Duck and Diesel). One train that I'll love plarail to produce is the NSWGR C38 class or puffing billy. These are very famous Australian Trains with The C38 class being produced in a streamlined variant also and puffing billy being a very famous narrow gauge railway in Victoria and a very, very popular school holiday attraction which also hosts a day out with Thomas event each year

But I don't think plarail will ever run out of Japanese trains to produce
