Seems like I have seen something like that as part of the Tomica Hypercity stuff but I may be wrong..

Hmmm, will have to check that line out for this. The blue color seems to match the wither of the Police sets.
You are right Ripley.... Ah...here it is. Called 'Plarail - Hyper Guardian Turntable Guard Station' quite the huge set https://www.amazon.com/Plarail-Hyper-Gua...en+Station
That double-turntable kind of reminds me of the variety seen in Chuggington! Certainly is unusual, but I like it.
That orange engine is HUGE though! Why is there such a huge orange engine?
Excellent.. yep that is the one I was thinking of.

I think this Turn Table Set is like the Base that connects all the Hyper Guardian Sets together and that large orange train is sold as a separately. I did manage to fine a couple of official Plarail videos that do show the Turn Table and other Hyper Guardian sets. Have you? http://www.jauce.com/auction/d224833242 I've never even heard of a double tracked turntable, neither in fiction nor in real life. Seeing this makes me wonder if there's also a transfer table:
That Transfer Table is pretty cool, I don't think I have seen or heard of one. Thanks for the image. DalaGStanator
Here you will find some information on 3 of the Hyper Guardian Sets seen in the videos all released in 2008. http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10070631 http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10070630 http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10070629 (03-31-2017, 01:51 PM)DalaGStanator Wrote: I've never even heard of a double tracked turntable, neither in fiction nor in real life. Maybe user and old turntable, then mount a flat plate and some double track on it. |
