Another: What Is This?

You all know I am attracted to the strange and unusual so when I saw this I had to have since I have never seen one in this color scheme. It seems to be newer than all the grey Flip Coal Car ones I have in this style because of two things.

1. On the bottom it says 2009 Gullane 2009 Mattel where the original grey ones say 2006 Gullane

2. This one has the dreaded holes in the wheels used to hold it in a package where the original grey ones do not. I am so glad that I had saved the wheels off a broken one several weeks ago so now I can swap these out.

Does anyone know what set or what train this came with?

It might be from Blue Mountain Gravel Delivery.
