Has anyone ever seen one of these? (It's the same size as Bulgy), or recognize its style of make, if it isn't Tomy?

yeah bandai tecs diecast, around the same scale as ertl. Some of the cars were motorized but all the locos are push along. Not to be confused with the larger scale (than plarail) Bandai departing now series.

I've seen this wagon and it's Nakayoshi, another series made by Bandai.
