So I was surfing YouTube (one of my best talents) and found a short documentary about how fires are treated on the Pennsylvania Railroad.

They put out fire with CO2. CO2 is the same chemical that causes the Greenhouse Effect. Could this help Global Warming? What are your thoughts!

No not really, all C02 does is to starve the fire of oxygen which it needs to continue burning, at best it will just add more C02 to the atmosphere as it will disperse there when they stop spraying it on the fire.
Happily collecting things all my life...
I meant RECYCLED CO2, my bad.

Well, since I still have my childish imagination when it comes to things like this: The would take a net and get some CO2, and make it into the powder stuff. I guess...

With regards to global warming, it's a real struggle to capture co2, there are a few theories out there to capture it, one example of carbon capture was where they took the emissions from a coal fired powerstation, compressed it into a liquid then pumped it into old empty oil wells under the sea floor, it was quite expensive though and as there aren't many legislations restrictions on emitting co2 (as it's what we breathe out anyway) it made more sense just to release it the emission controls are more based around nitrogen oxide (nox), sulphur dioxide (sox) and carbon monoxide.

Sciencey stuff. I don't have a clue about hat you said, but it probably makes sense.
