A new win.. May need a Translation?

So I have seen these before and know if the newer one that has the app to control it, but I saw this one and couldn't pass it up.

Any one know the official name or model number? Also is there a translated manual or even a need for one? Maybe it is self explanatory..

I do remember a thread discussing this set along with its brother the Tomica World 7436 IRC set with a white Shinkansen 300 that is without the nose camera. I can't seem to locate the thread but I haven't tried very hard. I believe there was links to videos of your set. Unfortunately one of the things I remember was that the video quality was poor but for the time of release it was quite unique. I know the thread is here somewhere.

Did locate this video. Although it doesn't give the exact name it does go through the operation. There is one button different on this set than th other I mentioned and I would guess has something to do with the camera. The button is in the place of the horn one. It looks to have one cable running from the console to the TV so I am guessing it plugs into a "Video In" connection on the back of the TV. Do they still have that on modern TV's?

BTW...This YouTuber's Channel is a great resource for Plarail Trains and for some neat lighting mods.
