Can/would this custom happen soon after the release of "Shed 17" by Paul's Vids?

Do you mean things from the film like the skeleton that comes out of Thomas at the end? Obviously, it all depends on who would decide to make it.

You don't wanna know. Please, do not look it up (unless you're not easily startled....) It's easily one of the worst Thomas fan films I've ever had a chance to see.

It's possible that someone COULD make their own custom "Shed 17" Thomas, for the case of most of the engines featured, unless they're repainted in some gorey fashion, I don't see that happening, nor do I want to.
It really stays with you for a long while, the imagery from that fan film...
