The Internet has been screwed up today with some infection or something for everyone. For me I couldn't get into PhotoBucket or PayPal today.

That is the Disney monorail to have Sun. Very realistic. You can also but add on rails and buildings like the Contemporary Resort in Disney World where your Monorail goes right through it.
thats a bit of a worry, super. i can get into photobucket, but uploads arent happening. with any luck it will pass quickly and i can upload the photo how i normally would. i also cant get my weebly updates to share to facebook, though i can upload photos no worries.

yes, i saw there were a heap of add-ons that can be bought on ebay, but they are very expensive. been after one of these for many years, though it was only a "would be nice if..." and nothing i actively pursued.

What a great deal!!! We still haven't decided for Christmas. It's either the Monorail (the orange one) or the Lego Christmas train...my sweet boy can't make up his mind. I've seen character packs listed on the Disney store website. They come with little window clings for the rides at Disney. Very cool.

either one would be good, so long as you have a way to power the lego train. mine will be having 9v components added once halloween is over.

i did see the pixar character pack on the disney website, along with the contempory hotel. may well buy the hotel in a few weeks once my wallet has had a chance to recover from the last few weeks spending. i really like the variety of items released over the years, just a shame about the prices on the secondary market.

Nice set Sun, I was looking at a couple on eBay some months back, but didn't go for them eventually, looked as though it would cost too much at the time Smile

As for the internet woes, apparently it was some dumb SOB hacking group 'testing' what they could do so they can hit the Russians if they decide to hack the USA - ironic as their 'test' did what the Russians would want to do lol!!

thanks, nigel. they are pretty expensive on ebay, especially considering they are on the disneystore website for $90USD. but going that way, you dont know what color stripe you are going to get.

my goal over the next few weeks is to research what was released, both add-on and stripe color wise, and try and compile a list. am hoping wiki has something tucked away.

yes, the local rags eventually caught up with what was going on, lol. something about supporters of wikileaks?

I've no idea of the group responsible (or should that be irresponsible?!?) for the hack, but it was a pain for sure lol!

So why the list? You going to try to get an entire set? Become the Muddy of the monorail world? Smile
