ebay? Hobby search online website.
plarail are more competitively priced on amazon than eBay on the whole but it does take a while for imports to arrive, up to three weeks i find. I'm talking the trains without faces though as that's more my cup of tea.
Thank you for the help I may just do a bulk shop on amazon, Hobby search was a bit confusing to figure out personally. My Family is going to order some in a week or two to make sure that they arrive, now for the long part to decide which trains!

My Family is going to order some in a week or two to make sure that they arrive, now for the long part to decide which trains! from my limited experience, try and buy trains with the bigger c battery, the newer aa battery trains are a tad light at the front. i think the former run better, pull more and are less prone to derailment but then this is just from the couple i own and a bit of previous experience! haha. Buying second hand off eBay is a cheap way to build up track although you do have to weed out a small amount of stuff that does fit well for some reason, either too loose or too tight a fit due to use/abuse. I got a couple of largish sets that had been hanging around on eBay for some time, made an offer, got a good deal even though there were a few items i didn't really need or want in each. nb: check out the seller's eBay rating of course, don't buy if in doubt. I'm not quite so keen on buying second hand trucks. ps: do remember plarail advance is a completely different animal as they are very much smaller than the 'normal' trains.
Not sure if you've heard of it, but there's this UK based "store" called Tootally Thomas (not to be confused with Totally Thomas Toy Depot) which appears to sell both new products as well as some that are long discontinued. However, their "Legal Stuff [sic]" page says: "Sometimes a manufacturer will change products without prior notice . Therefore the images on the site may be different to the shipped product". This means I can't guarantee that anything you see there is what you'd actually receive.

Many thanks in advance. You can get a lot of the Japanese Thomas PlaRail off Amazon.co.uk as well as the normal (i.e. real world PlaRail like bullet trains). However as already mentioned they can take a couple of weeks to arrive. One thing I would advise though is to order them either individually or from different sellers. The simple reason for this is customs duty. So long as the item is around £18 you will not get charged import/customs duty, go above it and you are likely to incur a charge. These charges can mount up, you usually get a handling fee of between £5 & £12 depending on value of the package, import duty (not entirely sure of %age but probably at least 15% or more) and VAT. Add that altogether and you can end up with charges almost the cost you paid for the items in the first place.

Thank you for the advice, I was going to do One larger order from an individual seller, but now I will probaly do individual orders with different sellers I did notice one of the plarail items I am after is Ryan and He costs £21.95 would he suffer the same fate?

It all depends on the seller you select, some put the actual value, some put a lower value knowing we have customs to worry about. Regardless as its only a bit over the limit you may get lucky, but there's no guarantee.
