Info on this train

Hi guys. I was searching the inter webs and found this picture of this Plarail train

I don't know what this train is but I love the colour schemes. Do you guys have any info on this train, if so could you please tell me

Well it does say that the owner made the skins for it on that web page so it is a Mod.

He designed and printed the skin, selected a appropriate Plarail train and with a sprinkle of magic dust… POOF!! the Plarail Singapore MRT was born. A Masterpiece indeed!
