Plarail Green Echo?

Hi guys, I was browsing some sites and I found this picture of the Plarail Green Echo

I don't know what an Echo is but I swear I have seen that exact picture in the last few days on the Japan Auctions I think ....buuuut, I know its hard to believe but I have been wrong before, maybe a few times...alright...I have been wrong a lot. It just looks so familiar. Where did you get the picture from?

I got it from the Japan rail website, I think search up plarail green echo on google images and the image should come up and click on the image and then click on the link and it should take you to the website. I can tell you that it hasn't been updated in a long time as it still has some of the old tomica world trains on it like the Eurostar and Tgv
