New Tomica Bertie

Sorry if this is a re-hashing, but I quick searched for a thread but nothing came up on this...has this already been discussed/posted??
It is listed as a preorder for Oct. on eBay by Tomica Tomy Takara, a soon to released new version of Bertie!?!?

The only new Bertie that I remember talking about is the large motorized one that comes with the Thomas & Friends Bertie and Competition! Bridge Set of Extending Rainbow which doesn't look like the one you have pictured. Yours seems to look like the older version, do you know if he is motorized?

tomica might be referring to the diecast line instead of the motorised.

I don't think it is motorized, but I'm not sure...for $15.00 it probably isn't.
It is a new version though, with that updated racing stripe up his side.

The proportions look a little warped to me... Still a good model nonetheless.
